Serological pipets are mainly used to measure or transfer a certain volume of liquid. When used with a suitable pipette, they have wide applications in the fields of cell culture, bacteriology, as well as clinical and scientific research. The JET BIOFIL serological pipets, in addition to having a pipet body with different precision graduations, feature pipet heads that are marked with the different capacities and different color codes for the ease of identification and use. The head of the pipet features a filter plug that prevents cross-contamination when aspirating samples, and the products are compatible with various common pipettes thanks to its optimized pipet head design.

The pipet head is marked with different color code, making the pipet range and model easy to identify

Designed with dual graduation markings, ensuring the pipet volume can be easily identified

The filter element, made of PO material, can prevent aerosols or liquids from contaminating the pipetting device

* What kind of process does the ultra-low adsorption product belong to? Is that silane treatment?

The ultra-low adsorption products of Jet Biofil are not treated with silane. With the improvement of polypropylene resin materials and the use of ultra-smooth polishing and molding technology, the ultra-low adsorption product can achieve zero chemicals addition on the surface to reduce the combination of samples and surfaces and reduce sample loss.

No, they can’t. If you need sterile products, you can buy the corresponding sterilized ones. But the ultra-low adsorption surface may be affected if the customer self-sterilizes, finally affecting the service performance.

* Can the products with the filter tips be sterilized?

* Are the graduations on the serological pipets accurate?

The accuracy of all the serological pipets is measured at full volume. The accuracy is ±2% of the total volume

* What is the rubber plug in the serological pipet used for?

The rubber plug can prevent the liquid from splashing or sucking back into the pipet to some extent, avoiding the aerosol diffusion and cross contamination among the samples.
